We want you to find what you are looking for when you come here. We hope the navigation through the site is convenient for you. We use large easy to read text and we avoid graphics and moving things that drive you nuts. We use lots and lots of fun and relevant photographs and we take many of them ourselves. We try to avoid broken links and to include links that are truly helpful to your home mortgage needs.

We do not want to drive visitors away so we avoid technical and unnecessary words. We do not use text tickers or moving and jumping graphics. We avoid unpleasant, noisy sounds and poor, unviewable color contrast such as white print on yellow background. Anything that annoys or aggrevates you we want to stay away from.
